Our process
STEP 1
Let us know what developer or team of developers you are looking for and for which project. Request a non-binding quote and tell us your preferences.
STEP 2
Once we receive your request, we will contact you. We will review which developer(s) we have available, and then send you their CVs.
STEP 3
Let us know which CVs appeal to you. You will meet the developer(s) you have selected through a “digital meeting” (Teams/Skype, etc.).
STEP 4
Have you made your choice? We will finalize the arrangements with a cooperation agreement as discussed with you.
SCRUM EN AGILE
We work Agile. This means that we define small work packages (so-called sprints) that typically last 1 to 2 weeks. This results in a working (partial) product after each delivery. This approach makes the development process transparent. Any adjustments can be realized very quickly and the project becomes very manageable from a development and cost perspective.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL WORKWEEK LOOK LIKE?
At agreed-upon times, there is a Standup meeting. This takes place through Skype, Zoom, Teams, or even through WhatsApp video conferencing.
During the Standup meeting, the week’s activities are discussed, such as the (daily) deliverables and the goal of the week. Decisions to be made, potential consequences, and options are also discussed.
It is important that everyone in the team knows exactly what the project’s goal is for the user. We enjoy writing code, but it is not a goal in itself, even for us.
Depending on the sprints, deliverables are delivered daily (or weekly) (checked in). We record the progress in special project management tools. This way, you always maintain control.
GOOD COMMUNICATION
Throughout the day and week, new questions arise. Small or large questions, often requiring quick answers because no one likes delays. It is crucial that the lead architect/developer on the client side quickly responds. This way, everyone can proceed quickly, and no time is wasted. Good contact is good for the team. We unite colleagues with the same goal and the same principles.
PROJECT EXPLANATION ON-SITE
For large projects, it is always advisable to explain the scope of your project to our people. A trip to Nepal is recommended in this case. Simple connections, low costs, and a beautiful country with friendly people ensure that you experience a week you won’t easily forget. You get to know everyone, and everyone gets to know you. This is the beginning of (often) long-lasting collaborations.
