How does virtuele detachering work?

We provide talented developers and/or development teams who work remotely for you at an attractive rate. This goes like this:

Call Chris on 0682 077 845 or let us know below how we can reach you.

Let us know what kind of developer or team of developers you are looking for. You can do this by clicking on GET A QUOTE and fill in your details.

Once we have received your application, we will check what type of developer we have available and send you the details and a quoatation.

You check the developers details and let us know which of the CV’s appeal to you. Through a “digital conversation” (Teams/Skype) you can get to know your selected developer(s).

Once you’ve made your choice we finalize the agreement and confirm it with a signature.

Scrum and Agile

We work Agile. This means that we define small work packages (so-called sprints) that typically last 1 to 2 weeks. This results in a working (partial) product after each delivery. This approach makes the development process transparent. Any adjustments can be realized very quickly and the project becomes very manageable from a development and cost perspective. More information about Agile and/or Scrum can be found at:

What does a typical work week look like?

At the agreed times, consultations are held in a Standup meeting. This is done via Skype, Zoom, Teams or, if necessary, simply via WhatsApp video conferencing. During the Standup meeting, the activities of the week are discussed, such as the (daily) deliverables and the goal of the week. The decisions to be made, any consequences and options are also discussed. The Standup meeting is an interactive session that aims to learn as much as possible from each other, set goals and remove ambiguities. It is important that everyone on the team has exactly what the goal of the project is for the user. We like to write code, but it is not an end in itself – even for us. Depending on the sprints, deliverables are delivered (checked in) daily (or weekly). We record the progress in special project management tools. This way you always remain in control.

Good communication

Throughout the day and week, new questions arise. It is very important that the lead architect / developer at your side responds quickly, because nobody wants a delay. This way everyone can move on quickly and no time is wasted. Good contact is good for the team. We forge colleagues with the same goal and the same principles.

Project explanation on location

For large projects, it is always advisable to explain the scope of your project to our people. A trip to Nepal is then recommended. Easy connections, low costs and a very beautiful country with beautiful people ensure that you experience a week that you will not soon forget! You will have lunch every day at our office, where you will experience how delicious our chefs cook. You get to know everyone and everyone gets to know you. This is the start of an unforgettable collaboration and the beginning of (often) years of collaboration.
