WHAT DOES A TYPICAL WORKWEEK LOOK LIKE?<\/h2>\n

At agreed-upon times, there is a Standup meeting. This takes place through Skype, Zoom, Teams, or even through WhatsApp video conferencing.<\/p>\n

During the Standup meeting, the week’s activities are discussed, such as the (daily) deliverables and the goal of the week. Decisions to be made, potential consequences, and options are also discussed.<\/p>\n

It is important that everyone in the team knows exactly what the project’s goal is for the user. We enjoy writing code, but it is not a goal in itself, even for us.<\/p>\n

Depending on the sprints, deliverables are delivered daily (or weekly) (checked in). We record the progress in special project management tools. This way, you always maintain control.<\/p>\n
